This is a very basic, simple program, done completely on line with no up front cost to determine is you qualify. The Lender tells me that a loan can be closed within thirty days of a completed application, there are no deposits, compensating balances, first lien requirements. If you have reasonable credit and meet SBA underwriting requirements, you should qualify.
